Button Design Contest

I am honored and blessed to represent Elk Rapids Harbor Days with my button design for this year’s celebration. I have two wonderful children who attended and graduated from Elk Rapids High School. They experienced many Harbor Days celebrations, which we still enjoy.

I was involved with the Miss Elk Rapids Scholarship Program for many years and am currently a member of the Elk Rapids Lions Club. Being able to serve the community is an honor.

I retired from the Michigan Department of Corrections in 2025 and now enjoy retirement and spending time with my three beautiful grandchildren. I look forward to sharing with them the experience of attending this small, beautiful community event.

I am truly honored to have my button design chosen for the 71st annual Elk Rapids Harbor Days celebration.
