Group Guided Meditation, Hosted and Sponsored by Waterside Wellness

Join Alice Rubert of Waterside Wellness for a 20-minute group guided meditation on the lawn near the river behind 212 River Street. This gentle, beginner-friendly experience invites you to reconnect within, with nature and with the community around you. No experience is necessary — just come as you are. Cushions, blankets and chairs will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable. A $10 cash donation is suggested.
