The “First Family of Fireworks” – Antonio Zambelli, originally from Italy, ventured to New Castle, Pennsylvania in 1893 to establish, Zambelli Fireworks Manufacturing Company. Antonio carried a big dream and a little black book full of his family’s fireworks recipes. Building on the grand tradition, Zambilli family heritage continues under the guidance of Antonio’s grandson, George Zambelli Jr., M.D. Zambilli’s produces some of the most creative and innovative pyrotechnics and has grown to be known worldwide for setting the industry standard in design and technology – then exceeding it. The dreams, dedication and precision infused into the business by the Zambelli family has been displayed in a variety of venues including presidential celebrations, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, California, Canada, New York, the Bahamas, and Elk Rapids, Michigan.
